3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Payments & Billing

• All prices are displayed in EUR and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions are billed on a weekly or monthly basis depending on your selected plan.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or cryptocurrency.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with our systems
• Share your account access with third parties
• Resell our services without written permission

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

gain-views is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

gain-views is not affiliated with, authorized by, maintained by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Twitch Interactive, Inc. (Twitch.tv) or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the service provider's jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
